Shipping & Returns
Shipping Worldwide
I ship worldwide from my studio in Stockholm. Once your piece is finished, you can expect it to reach you within 1-2 weeks. Your purchase will be securely packaged and tracked.
- For deliveries within Sweden, the shipping cost is 79 SEK.
- The international shipping cost is 159 SEK (approximately 13-14 EUR or 14-15 USD, subject to the current official exchange rate).
Production Time
Every Noss piece is made to order and crafted by me, Alice. Due to the handmade nature of each creation, please allow 3-6 weeks for your piece to be crafted and prepared just for you.
Custom Duties and Taxes
For international orders, keep in mind that customs duties and taxes might apply in your country. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. They're not included in the item price or shipping cost. Feel free to check with your local customs office for details on fees.
Returns
Before making a purchase, I encourage you to review the product descriptions, images, and sizing guide. But if you're still not happy with your jewelry you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Send me an email at nossjewelry@gmail.com to let me know you'd like to return something and get a return authorization.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include a note with your order number and reason for return.
- Send the items back to me using a trackable and insured shipping method of your choice. Please note that you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once I receive the returned items and verify their condition, I'll process your refund to the original payment method.
A few important notes:
- Please ensure that the returned items are in their original, unworn condition with all and packaging intact.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for me to process your return after receiving it.
- Unfortunately, I can't cover items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Please be aware that Noss cannot be held responsible for incorrect or invalid address details provided during checkout, any customs or import taxes applicable in your country, or any restrictions in your country that might affect the delivery of parcels from Sweden. If a parcel is returned to us due to any of these reasons, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping and return costs. We recommend checking your country's customs and import tax policies, as well as any restrictions on receiving international shipments from Sweden, before placing your order.
